Return and Refund Policy

At Tessa Vera, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we're happy to offer a refund subject to the following conditions: 

We will accept returns of unworn jewelry, bags and clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

When can I return an item?

We accept free returns for Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items you received in error (wrong product sent)

How do I request a return

  1. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@tessavera.com.
  2. Include the following in your message:
    • Your order number
    • The item name and SKU number
    • Photos clearly showing the damage or issue
  3. Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Please do not send any items back without an RMA number, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return requirements:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all boxes, pouches, and tags.
  • Returns without original packaging or that have been worn or altered will not be accepted.

What happens after I send the item back?

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received an incorrect item, we will:

           Provide a prepaid return shipping label, OR

  • Allow you to keep the incorrect item and send the correct one free of charge, depending on the circumstances.
