Return & Refund Policy

At Tessa Vera, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’re happy to offer a refund subject to the conditions below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unworn jewelry, bags, and clothing items with original tags and packaging, including SKU labels.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, boxes, pouches, and tags

Returns that are worn, damaged after receipt, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges.


Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

The return window begins:

  • On the delivery date shown in tracking
  • Or, if the order ships in multiple packages, from the final delivery date


Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@tessavera.com.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item name and SKU
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Do not send items back without an RMA number, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.


Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  1. You will receive return instructions and an RMA number
  2. Send the item back using the provided instructions
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
